We’ve put this site together with the aim of offering people a selection of holiday ideas, it’s a mix for different preferences and activities on a holiday. We even have small group tours perfect for a bunch of friends or even families wanting to holiday together without worrying about logistics & organising.
We are all individuals so when it comes to planning a holiday everyone will have their own preferences – someone would like to laze, someone would want to explore or someone would want an adventure activity included.
Although we present our ideas on the site, you are not limited to these as we can pretty much design your holiday as per your specific requirements as we have the expertise and connections to get the best pricing possible.
Being in the service industry and providing services to customers, it is ingrained in our company ethos that your holiday should be as smooth as possible and our staff strives to achieve the highest customer service levels. All our suppliers are carefully chosen for both financial stability and world class service levels and over the years we have filtered down to the best in the industry.
Financial protection is at the heart of our business therefore we voluntarily operate from an independently supervised trust account . All customer monies are paid into this account and the independent trustee will only release funds to pay for the customer’s travel arrangements.
Furthermore, for each holiday booked we issue an insurance policy in the unlikely event that one of our suppliers fails thereby guaranteeing your money is never in harms way. If you are a UK customer, you are further protected through the government’s ATOL licence regime.
